The Home Study Program is administered by the world-renown Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, and includes two DVDs, a Study Guide, Workbook, one ACMA Exam and one Fitness Practical Exam.
Exams will be proctored at a local community college or similar facility, in coordination with The Cooper Institute, which will grade your exams.
